At Kanhaji Jewels, we take great pride in our handcrafted 92.5 Sterling Silver jewellery. Since we deal in baby products, hygiene and safety are our top priorities. Therefore, we have a strict return and refund policy.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

Due to the nature of jewellery items, we do not offer returns or exchanges for “Change of Mind.” Returns are only accepted under the following two conditions:

  • Damaged Product: If the product is received in a damaged or broken condition.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you received a product different from what you ordered.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)

To ensure transparency and protect against fraudulent claims, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must start before opening the outer courier seal/packaging.
  • The video must be continuous, without any cuts, edits, or pauses.
  • The shipping label and tracking ID must be clearly visible in the video.
  • No claims will be entertained without a valid unboxing video.

3. Reporting Window

Any issues regarding damage or wrong products must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, we will be unable to process any requests.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement or before it is dispatched (whichever is earlier).
  • Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, cancellations cannot be made.

5. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved after inspecting the unboxing video and product:

  • Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to the original mode of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Netbanking).
  • Timeline: It usually takes 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or worn products.
  • Products without original packaging or tags.
  • Customized or personalized silver jewellery.
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
